BOXER STATION
The first automatic sewing machine for boxers with gusset insertion, able to process seamless tubular products made of natural or synthetic fibers, without a dedicated operator. The service personnel load a stack of boxers on a conveyor and the tubular gussets on another one. The machine picks up the products positioning and cutting them, at the same time the gusset fabric is cut into pieces with the required width. A mechanical handling device aligns and feeds the fabrics to the 4 needles sewing machine to carry out both seams.
